Window Display

I hope everyone has seen and admired the window display along Battle Hill .

Space was provided by Hexham Spaces and the display put up by Laura Hull, Kate Bramfitt and Sue Hick and runs until 10th march.

Many thanks are due to them for a fine display illustrating the work we are doing . Hopefully it will attract more volunteers with more ideas to work towards our vision of a sustainable, thriving town !

About suehick

A longstanding member of Transition Tynedale since its inception I am now residing partially in Singapore since my husband started working in 2011. Prior to this I helped start the community gardens at no 28 and HMS, the garden share scheme and the Farmers market stalls. I now follow TT work online and on holiday in England and am willing to help with online fundraising, grant applications etc - anything that doesn't need my physical presence !

The Co-Wheels display in the shop window on Battle Hill included my telephone number for anyone to make enquiries about joining the Car Club. Yesterday, I was called by a man who seems eager to join. So the display has already had some effect. Well done to those who put it together.
